And....
here's another one of my teapots! this is a mini pot, it stands about 3 inches high.

I've been continuing my sumi-e practice..... this is one of my irises. The brush work is such fun.

and finally,
a quick landscape I did one evening on the deck.

Judy, this last batch of yours is just so lovely! I saw them on flickr, too, but I am really enjoying them. Great color, loose interpretation, nice brush work. I really like them all.

So glad I found your blog via your comment on mine! Simply love the spontaneous style and wonderful colours. Your latest post has all my favourite aquas and torquoise .. and then to my joy I saw all your frogs - again in peacock bluey greens. We have lots in common as we also have two cats and frogs in our little garden pond.... plus my love of flower painting. Your fresh wet on wet style is a delight to the eye. Congrats on the awesome task of a drawing a day and I love your header 'a drawing a day keeps the Dr away...' Will visit regular Joannie

I love all your beautiful paintings! The teapot is delicious, (you have a wonderful collection of teapots showing in the slideshow!) Love the impatiens a lot, too, nice composition!

The beautiful, pure colors in these paintings just sing! I also love, and covet, your free approach: these are full of life and energy. The Pile of Tomatoes is just amazing--so many different reds and sizes and shapes. The evening view from your deck is also delightful!

Thanks for the inspirations from your blog. Frogs and Irises... my two favourite things, and to see both here is well...
your "quick" landscape is great too.
Take care, thanks for the obos...

Hi Judybec,
The fruit are just amazing. I emailed you twice re the book swap. One was returned and I'm not sure if the other one got through either. Would you email me on wendy_shortland@optusnet.com.au if you didn't get either of them. Thanks.
